General Manager/Operations HVAC

Tasha Fuels and Propane, Inc is a family run business who is seeking a General Manager/Operations HVAC.

The General Manager will be a critical member of our management team who handles the high level, day to day operations and will provide overall leadership for the company through operational efficiencies, team training, department management, and will head our HVAC department and Gas Station.  As a key leader, the General Manager is accountable for achieving financial targets, maintain the industry’s reputation and growth, working with our staff providing a good working environment, managing inventory, and meeting all customer needs.

Requirements:

• Industry Experience 10+ years
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred but not required
