Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Motivate: Lead the hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of your team, ensuring everyone works cohesively toward success.
- Ensure Compliance: Uphold local, state, and company regulations and policies, maintaining high standards at all times.
- Optimize Inventory: Oversee ordering, inventory counts, and control waste and shortages.
- Maintain the Station: Keep the facility clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for customers.
- Financial Accountability: Monitor financial performance, reconcile daily proceeds, and report results.
- Build Customer Relationships: Deliver excellent customer service and effectively resolve any conflicts or concerns.
- Hands-On Service: Be prepared to assist in pumping gas when needed and lead by example.
