What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers both in person and over the phone, providing friendly and professional service with every interaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns proactively, offering solutions and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Payment & Account Management: Process payments, answer billing questions, and take accurate fuel orders while maintaining detailed customer records.
  • Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a close-knit team, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Maintain a Positive Attitude: Deliver exceptional service with empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times.
