Your Role:

  • Lead and Manage Technicians: Oversee the scheduling, tracking, and performance evaluations of our service technicians, ensuring top-quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Equipment: Manage equipment orders, inventory tracking, and ensure the department has everything it needs to operate efficiently.
  • Financial Responsibility: Manage the department’s budget, revenue, and invoicing, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Build Relationships: Collaborate with team members and interact with customers to maintain strong relationships and resolve any conflicts effectively.
